世伟洛克® 校准和切换模块
校准和切换模块是高度可配置的预设计子系统，采用模块化平台组件构建。它们在分析前对样品进行最终调节，并允许用户使用世伟洛克液流选择系统选择多达 10 个样品和两个校准流。
与专家交谈世伟洛克校准和切换模块 (CSM) 在多个工艺样品和条件之间提供离散切换，并选择工艺流进行分析。通过确保样品以适当的压力、温度、流量和过滤程度进入分析仪内，CSM 对样品进行预处理。整体式流动回路设计保证所有液流被送到分析仪的时间都是一致的，并消除了死区或流间污染机会。
CSM 建立在世伟洛克模块化平台组件平台上，采用世伟洛克液流选择阀 (SSV)，允许用户选择所需的配置。标准型号可接受 10 种工艺流体和两种校准流体（液体或气体）。CSM 的主要功能是为分析调整和选择工艺流或者选择校准流。系统选择一个流体进行分析，作为对外部源（通常是分析仪）的气动压力信号的响应。此信号打开对应于待分析流体的 SSV 双关断和排放阀模块中的一个。
