Swagelok® Flexible Metal Hose (FJ Series)
FJ series all-metal hose reduces permeation in high-temperature, vacuum, or general purpose applications where permeation is undesirable.Request More Information
FJ series hose is a general purpose convoluted 316L core stainless steel braided hose with a single braid outer layer of 304 stainless steel promoting hose pressure containment, and an optional 316L stainless steel braid available for greater corrosion resistance. A convoluted core allows for flexibility and limits kinking.
A size range of 1/4 through 2 inch, working pressures from vacuum to 1600 psig (110 bar), and a variety of end connections welded in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX allow the FJ series hose to meet the needs of a range of systems. Custom assemblies are available with other options including hose covers, hose tags, and additional helium leak testing.
