Swagelok® Multipurpose Ball Valves (SK Series)
Swagelok SK series multipurpose ball valves offer low-torque, quarter-turn operation in a compact design, providing positive shutoff in applications up to 6000 psig (413 bar). Low emissions certification per API 624 is available.
Request More InformationSwagelok SK series multipurpose ball valves provide high flow capacity and low-torque, quarter-turn actuation in a compact design. Designed for use in applications up to 6000 psig (413 bar), these valves feature bidirectional flow, flow coefficients ranging from 0.9 to 1.4, a variety of end connections (Swagelok gaugeable tube fitting, NPT and ISO pipe, and Swagelok male VCO® end connections), standard panel mounting capabilities, and field rebuildability with a seal kit. Low-temperature SK series valves are also available, as well as low-E valve certification per API 624.
SK series ball valves have O-ring stem seals that require no packing adjustment and provide leak-tight seal to atmosphere. Spring-loaded PEEK seats provide chemical compatibility and leak-tight integrity in both low- and high-pressure systems. A directional handle indicates flow direction and open/closed position, and a stainless steel floating ball design reduces wear and extends cycle life.
