用世伟洛克® FV4 系列流量传感器精确监测气体系统流量的变化。这些传感器采用快动式浮子机构,其校准孔口可在浮子导轨内垂直移动,从而实现精确驱动,在流速变化时准确检测气体流量。孔口上方浮子中的嵌入式磁铁可交替保持附近磁簧开关引线之间的电气连接,从而检测流量波动。

这些传感器完全由 316L 不锈钢焊接而成,具有坚固耐用和安全的流体密封性。此外,位于流道外的可更换开关组件便于直接维护。FV4 系列流量传感器可承受高达 5000 psig (344 bar) 的工作压力。
