Swagelok offers a variety of industrial and process pressure gauges designed to meet the demands of applications ranging from low pressure to severe service.

Swagelok® PGI series gauges are offered in both unfilled and liquid-filled models. Dial sizes of 40, 50, 63, 100, 115, and 160 mm (1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 4, 4 1/2, and 6 in.) are available, offering accuracy in accordance with ASME B40.100, EN837-1, and JIS B7505 standards. Durable stainless steel and reinforced thermoplastic construction ensures reliability in general-purpose applications. These gauges are available with various process connections, including Swagelok® tube adapters, which help resolve alignment challenges. Installation is flexible with options for center-back, lower-back, lower mount, and panel-mount configurations.

Swagelok® PBG series pressure gauges for panel builders are available in a 2 1/2 in. (63 mm) dial size and fit industry-standard 2 9/16 in. (65 mm) panel hole cutouts. They feature 316 stainless-steel wetted components, a glycerin-filled case, a socket restrictor for pulsation control, and a crimped, tamper-resistant ring that provides a permanent seal of gauge case to lens.
