Swagelok^® PTFE Core Hose Smooth Bore, B-Series

B series is a general-purpose PTFE smooth-bore core hose that is commonly used where chemical compatibility is desired.

B series is a general-purpose PTFE smooth-bore core hose with a 304 stainless steel braid promoting hose pressure containment. This hose is commonly used where chemical compatibility is desired.

A size of 1/8 inch, working pressures from vacuum to 3000 psig (206 bar), and a variety of end connections allow the B series hose to meet the needs of a range of systems. Custom assemblies are available with other options including hose covers and tags.

Every B series hose assembly is pressure tested with water at room temperature for 30 seconds to a requirement of no detectable leakage. Testing is performed at a minimum of 1000 psig (69 bar), or 225 psig (15.5 bar) if an end connection is rated below 1000 psig (69 bar).
