HF 系列调压阀专为高流量系统而设计,可实现系统组件和工艺管线的紧凑布置。与传统的隔膜式调压阀相比,气动型号的尺寸明显更小,其设计可防止篡改并简化安装。

这些调压阀专为高清洁的环境要求而设计。HF 系列经久耐用并具有精确的压力控制功能,其创新的压力感应组件可尽可能地减少供气压力的影响和衰减,通常无需进行系统调整。

它们采用结合式提升阀芯,可实现清洁操作和安全关断,而全焊接设计则消除了大气密封。自定心 PCTFE 提升阀芯有助于防止蠕变并确保无泄漏密封。

HF 系列调压阀还有以下特点:

  • 可手动调节高达 150 psig (10.3 bar) 的出口压力
  • 316L VIM-VAR 不锈钢阀体材料,适用于超高纯应用
  • 1/4 in. VCR® 拼合螺母;1/4 和 3/8 in. 卡套管对焊;1.5 in. 和 1.125 in. 模块化表面安装端接
