世伟洛克® IPT 系列中压关断和排放阀允许操作人员隔离系统中的流体流动,以防止其流入下游组件。然后在阀门的下游侧排出剩余的流体。IPT 系列阀门具有双关断和排放配置,可提供双向隔离,允许在下游进行维护、修理和作业活动、取样、泄漏检查或其他关键任务。

IPT 系列关断和排放阀的额定压力可达 20 000 psig (1378 bar),有 316 不锈钢和 2507 超级双相合金两种结构可供选择:

  • 单关断和排放(针阀/针阀)
  • 双关断和排放(球阀/针阀/球阀或针阀/针阀/针阀)

IPT 系列耳轴球阀设计在整个压力范围内提供一致性密封,即使系统减压和加压也可实现改善控制系统的驱动。IPT 系列针阀采用 V 型阀杆设计,可控制截止阀之间的排放口。
